Simply put I'm an advertiser who has contracted with a 3rd party provider who maintains the merchandise stock to offer you actual carrier branded phones but at a discounted price. To clarify the carrier, Verizon for example, sends my contractor the stock of phones so they are the same as you would buy from the parent company.
